Refund Policy
Overview
Fidra Consulting LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides expert financial consultancy services, including but not limited to investment advisory, financial planning, and business strategy. Due to the customized and intangible nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
We may consider refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Unfulfilled Services: If payment is collected but no service is rendered due to our error.
- Cancellation: Client cancels a scheduled consultation at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Duplicate Payments: Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges.
- Dissatisfaction: If services do not meet agreed-upon deliverables, clients may request a refund within 7 days of service completion. Such requests require documented proof and are reviewed at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consultations, reports, or advisory sessions.
- Custom deliverables (e.g., financial models, strategic plans) once provided.
- Subscription-based services after the billing cycle begins.
- Services explicitly marked "non-refundable" in the service agreement.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a request:
1. Email: support@fidraconsulting.com within 7 days of the transaction/service completion.
2. Include:
- Client name and contact information.
- Invoice/receipt number.
- Detailed reason for the request.
We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
Approved Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Processing times depend on the client’s bank/payment provider.
Modifications
Fidra Consulting LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
